Army Providing Security for Vindman During Probe

WASHINGTON -- A U.S. official says the Army and local law enforcement are providing security for the officer who is testifying Tuesday during the House impeachment hearing.

The official says that the Army did a security assessment in order to make sure that Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman and his family are secure, so the officer didn’t have to worry about that as the proceedings go on.

I can't help but think that any business about Trump added to the story about a pentagon contract with either Amazon or Microsoft is just a means of deflecting the abject terror anybody who gives a shit about privacy should feel when those words are used together in a sentence.

Trump has no friends. Only frightened minions. It's my opinion he will dramatically lose the military vote. Not just because of this but other reasons as well. Like overturning the conviction recently of the courts martial of a navy seal.
