Let's breakdown what Kiki generously calls "facts." Which are not actual facts - no surprise - call them Kiki faks.

"there was NO 'quid pro quo' in the" - Not a Fact.
- You certainly can debate whether you think there was or was not an explicit deal made, but it's pretty obvious to any honest observers, that there was one. Javelins for Biden.
What makes your comment look even more dishonest is it's already been made clear that there doesn't have to be QPQ for Trump's actions to be obstruction of justice, abuse of power, impeachable. You hanging onto Quid is just a demonstration of how dishonest you are (or dim).

"CIA-operation-masqurading-as-a-whistleblower-complaint as initially reported"
- Are you suggesting that the CIA somehow got Trump to say that he wanted Ukraine's president to investigate Biden and his son? How would they make him say this:

"TRUMP: "The other thing, there's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it... It sounds horrible to me."

Do they have a Trump voice modulator? I have to say Kiki, on the surface your comment sounds convincingly stupid.

"nobody in Ukraine knew about funds being withheld and so couldn't have been 'pressured' by that"
- Cites? I have one. It says you are wrong:

https://wapo.st/2mTlK5J

"We learned late Monday that President Trump ordered the withholding of military aid to Ukraine about one week before his phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on July 25."

Huh!

And just for fun, the timeline also includes:
March 2014: Russia invades Crimea, a peninsula belonging to Ukraine, and annexes it.

So to sum up: Kiki was wrong about everything again. Only question left: is she lying or stupid?

The constitution actually says that the President “shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

“Bribery” doesn’t get mentioned a lot. We tend to think of it as the President receiving bribes. But it is not so restricted. And what Trump and Giuliani were up to with Zelensky fits well within federal bribery statutes.

It'd be funny if it weren't so sick.

The trolls ignore the fact that these other countries are walking a tightrope. Their trying not to make their relationships worse with the United States. They know Trump is unbalanced and so they parse their words very carefully. Only morons and dishonest brokers fail to report the truth of this.

Trumps sick revenge politics is apparent to all but his worshipers. Even republicans who hold office are trying to avoid the retaliations that come with challenging him. We've all seen this for ourselves.

All anyone has to do is read anything other than what our commie trolls here post to get the facts G as you've pointed out. And, if one were going to read about this why would they read what kiki has to say over the mainstream media?

I love how the trolls here claim all the mainstream media is lying so they don't believe anything being reported. Then they post from nonconventional news outlets controlled by trolls. Trolls reporting facts that have been spun into lies. Of them I would ask only this. Don't you know that makes you a troll and a sick person?

According to Kenneth Vogel of the NEW YORK TIMES, the Ukrainians were not made aware of the withhekd funds until ONE MONTH AFTER the phone call. Therefore, funding could not have been a pressure point

Quote:

While Trump says he stalled the aid to investigate whether the new administration was just as corrupt as the last one, Democrats and their MSM lapdogs have been making the case that the aid and the request to investigate Biden are linked.

Not true, according to the New York Times' Kenneth Vogel in a Wednesday tweet that went virtually unnoticed (but not by the WSJ's indefatigable Kim Strassel).

Responding to a tweet by MSNBC's Rick Tyler in which he questions why the $400 million wasn't "the top priority of the call," Vogel explains: "The Ukrainians weren't made aware that the assistance was being delayed/reviewed until more than one month after the call."

So if you want to dispute this, backtrack Vogel's tweets and the WSJ.

So let's break down what the M$M generously calls "facts"

The Ukrainian Chief prosecutor was fired because of lack of diligence in investigating Burisma.
Not according the the timeline and the performance of the other prosecutors (before AND after) who didn't investigate Burisma at all.

The whistleblower was in on the phone calls
No

Trump offered a quid pro quo
No

Trump subtly "pressured" Zelenskiy.
Not according to Zelenskiy.

The pending funds was an unstated pressure point.
According to NYT Vogel tweets Ukraine wasn't even informed about the funding delay until a month after, so that couldn't have happened.

Trump placed the transcript on a super secret server which was unusual.
Nope, Obama did the same thing.

Trump pressured Australia.
Not according to the Australians.

As I go thru your hyperventilating posts I'll update this list.

Also keep in mind that the standard for "whistleblowing" was changed in September, instead of requiring direct first hand knowledge it now allows heresay; how convenient!

When the M$M gets so many substantial facts wrong, why believe anything they publish on the matter? This is like the RUSSIA! RUSSIA! RUSSIA! hoax - when your drill down into the specifics there's no "there" there. Yes I know, sometimes getting TOO detailed can lead people to not see the forest for the trees. But even looking at the big picture, and then taking the meta view, the only thing I can come up with is a deep state/ M$M conspiracy to depose Trump

JO, it's impossible to respond to your post. Even if the link disappears at least have the decency to post it.

Oh yeah, that's right, thanks for the reminder SECONDRATE

The "whistleblower" was placed under Federal protection.
Not according to the "whistleblower's" lawyers.
