1) Weapons on school grounds
House Bill 1143 says a school district cannot prohibit licensed gun owners, including school employees, from storing a firearm or ammunition in a locked vehicle on a school parking lot.
"Texas lawmakers, instead of reacting to the horrific shooting in Santa Fe by focusing on keeping guns out of dangerous hands, or even emphasizing safe storage of guns, instead doubled down on an NRA led agenda to encourage guns everywhere, no matter the risks and costs to safety."

I would argue with the President that it's not entertainment via video games that are creating the violence in this country. It's entertainment via the MSM.
It's rather disingenuous to put a total death count by guns per year right next to a story about an active shooter event, which is something the MSM likes to do constantly. Most of those deaths are murders, not active shooter events. Most of those deaths happen in the inner-city. A very large percentage of gun deaths every year are also due to suicide.
