Despite Trump's, or Signym's, fantasy version of the Mueller report, Mueller's version did indict Russians working for Putin. It was not a witch hunt. And Mueller found obstruction, but he made it clear that Mueller was operating under DoJ rules forbidding indicting a President, but Trump can be charged once he is not President.

Agreed. Barr lied on Trumps behalf several times under oath. Each time he did so is a felony. Having him remain Attorney General puts all the other 12-19 investigations involving Trump in jeopardy.
Add to that the Trump administration is stonewalling everything. Trumps administration needs to be hit with a barrage of subpoenas. Congress calling those involved in the Russian investigation to testify, both witnesses, Mueller and his team, is starting the impeachment process without declaring so.
