This is a term coined by Late Night Dolt Douche Coubeyr.

Let's take a look.
Obama helped Putin confiscate Crimea.
Obama helped Putin invade Ukraine.
Obama helped Putin shoot down planes.
Obama helped Putin go anywhere he wanted, as long as he had some vehicles spray-tagged with "U" and/or "N" or a white cross.

On the other hand, Putin seems to have started behaving since Trump took Office.

So, with clarity of perspective and critical thinking, it is clear that this Steven Coubeyr is really doing Double Duty as C@ckholster for both Putin and Obama, double teamed at the same time. No wonder his mouth sounds full all the time.
