That probably explains why the boy's illness was noticed BY AN ICE STAFFER ... possibly the father was trying to communicate his concern but nobody knew what he was saying*. The boy and his father were taken to hospital WHILE THEY WERE IN CUSTODY. He was released with medication, and taken BACK to hospital when he got sicker. Was there a deficiency in the medical care? It doesn't sound like it to me. But we would need to know the cause of death, and we don't know WHAT the boy died of.
What happened to you? You used to be sane. Now you don't even make any sense any more.
*A very good example why immigrants, if they want to stay, need to LEARN ENGLISH.
