Would you like to meet The Real Me, now?
Well, he is coming to Cincinnati. Yes, it is once again that time of year for The Real Me to spoil his darling (and magical) nieces. Oh, and I suppose I’ll also hang out with my brother and his wife.
Unfortunately, I lack the resources for a Shindig, and am not so bold as to volunteer my brother’s home… However, I would be delighted to meet other Browncoats, if that is possible. Last summer, I had a great time hanging out one evening with EMangel01, KarenKay99, and Jessica (Jessica, right? The Real Me regrets that he is in the early stages of senility, and his memory is not always so sharp).
The way we worked it last time, I hung around the fountain at Tri County Mall with a Firefly disc next to me. When we had gathered together, we adjourned to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner. We can perhaps try this again, or something similar.
I will be in Cincinnati (actually, in Hamilton) Ohio from the evening of December 22 to the evening of January 3. Perhaps we can arrange something. If we try the mall fountain thing again, I’d suggest the Wednesday between Christmas and New Years (Dec 29), perhaps around 6:30?
Other ideas are welcome.

I got yer back, Real. I missed you last time, because I saw the thread a day late. This time, I will be there with bells on. Well, maybe not bells, per se. Maybe my Serenity Valley sweatshirt, which is pure awesome. (A fine TCM product, btw.)
I'll post a note about this on the boards below! This is especially cool for me, because I'll have to miss a fab shindig that KarenKay and Jessica are throwing this weekend.

As I said, this Tri County Mall thing is only a suggestion, as is the meeting time. I'm flexible.

great to hear you're coming our way again!! wish you were in this weekend as we are planning a shindig on saturday.
yes, i'll be there, when & where ever you say, if at all possible. the tri-county location is great for us. and wednesday december 29th at 6:30 should work too. And I'll be sure to pass on the info to EmAngel. Hopefully we'll get a bigger crowd this time.
