It occurs to me how this tiny little protest was shot is exactly the "movie magic" they used for the Bozo Show when I was a kid. The commercial breaks would always cut back to show the "Cast of Thousands" and pan across the same audience in a way that would make it look as if there were many, many more people there in the surprisingly small studio audience you realized was even possible when you went to see the show live.

Whether out of ignorance, or out of a dogmatic desire to believe that this was some huge rally in the UK, you're falling for those very same tricks.
