The Mueller investigation is now in it's collusion phase. If there are going to be charges filed they will be filed under the term conspiracy.
And sig, jsf. The fact that Sessions is responsible for a prosecutor from Utah opening an investigation. One looking into the the FBI's investigation into the role Russia played during the election, breaks his recusal agreement. Sessions is interjecting himself into an investigation that is investigating him.
Oops, because Mueller is now investigating that.

T, I think you've hit upon something that can prove to backfire on Sessions. Connecting the dotted lines will certainly present a challenge, but I think that
Mueller may find something specific to that end and put a stop to it.
I'm not sure on either side of the equation. Sessions may or may not have the upper hand on this, only time will tell. The counter investigations may prove the FBIs case for that matter. In any event, people are getting nervous.
