Introduction

1. The United States of America, through its departments and agencies, regulates the activities of foreign individuals and entities in and affecting the United States in order to prevent, disclose, and counteract improper foreign influence on U.S. elections and on the U.S. political system. U.S. law bans foreign nationals from making certain expenditures or financial disbursements for the purpose of influencing federal elections. U.S. law also bars agents of any foreign entity from engaging in political activities within the United States without first registering with the Attorney General. 66. On or about July 12, 2016, Defendants and their co-conspirators created and purchased Facebook advertisements for the “Down With Hillary” rally in New York.

67. On or about July 23,2016, Defendants and their co-conspirators used the email address of a false U.S. persona, joshmilton024@gmail.com, to send out press releases to over thirty media outlets promoting the “Down With Hillary” rally at Trump Tower in New York City.

68. On or about July 28, 2016, Defendants and their co-conspirators posted a series of tweets through the false U.S. persona account @March_for_Trump stating that “we’re currently planning a series of rallies across the state of Florida” and seeking volunteers to assist.

69. On or about August 2, 2016, Defendants and their co-conspirators used the false U.S. persona “Matt Skiber” Facebook account to send a private message to a real Facebook account, “Florida for Trump,” set up to assist then-candidate Trump in the state of Florida. In the first message, Defendants and their co-conspirators wrote:

Hi there! I’m a member of Being Patriotic online community. Listen, we’ve got an idea. Florida is still a purple state and we need to paint it red. If we lose Florida, we lose America. We can’t let it happen, right? What about organizing a YUGE pro-Trump flash mob in every Florida town? We arc currently reaching out to local activists and we’ve got the folks who are okay to be in charge of organizing their events almost everywhere in FL. However, we still need your support. What do you think about that? Arc you in?

70. On or about August 2, 2016, and August 3, 2016, Defendants and their co-conspirators, through the use of a stolen identity of a real U.S. person, T.W., sent emails to certain grassroots groups located in Florida that stated in part:

My name is T.W. and I represent a conservative patriot community named as “Being Patriotic.” ... So we’re gonna organize a flash mob across Florida to support Mr. Trump. We clearly understand that the elections winner will be predestined by purple states. And we must win Florida.... We got a lot of volunteers in ~25 locations and it’s just the beginning. We’re currently choosing venues for each location and recruiting more activists. This is why we ask you to spread this info and participate in the flash mob.

If a scan is all you can do, Signym, then good enough. It is a new legal front in what’s already a sprawling, complex probe that has ensnared four Trump advisers on other topics. It is a new piece in a larger puzzle — a jigsaw puzzle that still isn’t solved. Maybe it is a picture of Trump sitting in the electric chair? Can't tell until there are more pieces. If Trump does fire Mueller, than we can be sure that it is an electric chair, not a leather chair, because who would know better than Trump if he is guilty or not?

And they bought some ads. Big fucking deal. Hillary spent over 1.2 BILLION, or roughly a billion a month over the campaign. And Americans are exposed to 5,000 ads per day, at a minimum. With a BILLION dollars of Hillary ads thrown at them every month, and thousands of ads thrown at them every day, would being exposed to an opposing ad over the course of the campaign sway voters?

"Defendants and their co-conspirators, through fraud and deceit, created hundreds of social media accounts" HUNDREDS of accounts? There are about 1.9 BILLION Facebook users each month. And almost 1 BILLION Twitter users. Do they really want to pretend a few hundred accounts were sufficient to rise above the overwhelming millions to one volume of regular users?

Some of the things the Russians (allegedly) did are just laughable. "For example, defendants and their co-conspirators asked one U.S. person to build a cage on a flatbed truck and another U.S. person to wear a costume portraying Clinton in a prison uniform. Defendants and their co-conspirators paid these individuals to complete the requests." Dear god, save us from the flatbed Hillary.

Did they 'hack' DNC data? Not according to Wikileaks, or the person who physically received the files from a known DNC member who handed over the thumbdrive. And not according to the physical metadata on that thumbdrive. And not according to the very visible absence of data from CrowdStrike, and despite all claims from our so-called 'intelligence' agencies that, for all their bluff and bluster, never - EVER - examined the DNC hard drives or the servers firsthand. And therefore don't REALLY know what was, or wasn't, there.

Were there 'armies' of trolls? For all the claims, there was an 'army of one' ... non-troll, posting in the US. And one person "arranged ... to stand in front of the White House ... to hold a sign that read “Happy 55th Birthday Dear Boss.”" Truly terrifying stuff, that. The hordes are at the gates.

And NOWHERE does the document mention the Russian government as being involved in any way. Despite claims from US 'intelligence' agencies.

I watched as much Fux as I could stand this morning (it's like 'how long can you hold your breath?') and they were putting up a few Russian ads for Trump and for Hillary and laughing, "that's it?" The thoroughness of this indictment is pretty amazing too. I love how Trump idiots can't even guess at the future of this. "Why hasn't he indicted Trump yet if he knows so much??" Ground work - he's like a zen gardner. And it sounds like more people are being flipped - one in the indictment and another one who was already indicted.

Apparently our intel agencies took control of the camera's installed in the St. Petersburg troll factory in Russia. We were able to match the faces with what was being sent over the internet as they sent it. It's mentioned in this video. Hey, maybe we have access to the cameras in the Kremlin?

That's what I'm assuming at this point. It didn't make any sense to me before, but now that's what I'm thinking it was all about. I originally thought the thread was about contacting Haken to dox somebody or to get them kicked off this site, but as it went on I didn't think that was the point of it at all.

Brenda's posts weren't put back up. At least they weren't in the Garden and Rain topic. She also used to have River as her avatar and now it's Inara, so I'm assuming that she's using an entirely different account and doesn't even have access to her old account yet. This would also explain why G is using the CC account instead of G.

Actually what it says was that there was some UNWITTING contact between Trump staffers and these Russians. In other words, Team Trump had some contact with them but believed that they were who they said they were, and apparently whatever contact was made, nothing came of it anyway.

So Team Trump has been specifically exempted by this indictment from prosecution resulting from contact with THESE Russians. Maybe in future something else, but not this.

This guy is good. Nothing about Trump here because this indictment is not about him. There's nothing in here about Watergate either because it is not about Watergate. It's about what these thirteen people did. Now he can indict anyone evolved. And, it justifies his further investigating.

First of all, there IS something about Team Trump, and they were specifically exonerated.

Second, Mueller doesn't NEED justification for further investigation. It's his job; he can legally continue until kingdom come and afterwards. But as far as I'm concerned, these results are so underwhelming that they argue that the plug should be pulled, because if all he's come up with so far is "process crimes" and indicting people on things not at all related to Russia (ie Manafort/ Ukraine) plus indicting all of 13 Russians, then it seems a big waste of time and money.

But whatever. Mueller can continue and swim up his own colon for all I care. While he's at it, why doesn't he look into the DNC's reacharound with Fusion GPS, the Steele "dossier" and it's reliance on unknown Russians, and Uranium One?

What I have said about Russia is that I'm SURE they snooped on stuff. THEY snoop on our stuff, we snoop on their stuff. Their outlets present a Russian POV, our outlets (VOA/ Radio Liberty, CNN etc) present our POV.
