You may be right. It would be stupid to suggest from the tapes that he spoke about ongoing investigations. I may have misunderstood because apparently that's what you said he did. In the case of the Mueller or any ongoing investigation, he would not discuss specifics, but everyone already knows this is going on. So again, it would be pretty stupid to suggest Sessions discussed different investigations, or anything about what was going on within those investigations.
What he did discuss was what it would take to initiate an investigation. He said evidence of wrong doing, and he was in no way timid about implying the calls for investigations into Clinton lacked any.

The newz that Flynn pled gilty came out on Desembr frst, but sumhow didnt get mentioned in this topic till now.
Let me try to convey to the denierz here how important this must be.
Trump knew he wuz doing sumthing illegal wen he asked Comey to 'let Flynn go'. Furthermore, its clear that hiz cabinet knew he wuz going to do it and warned him agenst it. Assuming Trump didnt know befor their warning (bekuz he iz an ignoramous), they woud hav tried to explain that obstruction uv justis iz groundz for impeachment and mite even lead to prizon time for him and anybody near him.
Their own assez were on the line, so they woud be very forsful about it.
YET HE DID IT ANYWAY!
So wuts so much worse than impeachment & prizon for obstruction uv justis that its worth the risk?
