Go out on a boat, far from shore. Bring explosive cell phone with explosive battery. Plug in explosives to battery charger station while sleeping.
Seems like God's way of weeding out the stupid. Too bad this person took 33 others along with them. But too many folk refuse to speak up when stupid people bring along their explosive devices and plug them in to charging sources unattended.

Sounds like they know the boat fire started near the phone charging station.
