Cops exist to generate revenue. They don't really do much else, besides shoot innocent people and harmless dogs.

Cops have low IQs. Be very careful around them. Stupid people with guns...

I dunno about that one. There are a million and a half ways to get things you need without begging. The people here are purely nuisance beggers.
There is one woman who will stand out in front of Walmart and cry cry baby.
She makes the rounds and makes a killing, as do most of these shysters.

Now, Mexico, they got reasons to beg.

If you haven't been watching all the news reports where they follow these people to their news cars and their shiny cribs...
