Drawing hint for Kayna (and everyone else reading this, I guess ;P):

Don't think of it as hair when you're drawing it, just think of it as a line, or shape or shade and copy that.

Sometimes it helps to do the drawing upside-down, so you really draw what you're looking at, rather than what you THINK you're seeing.

Works for practically everything.
