Anonymous - the 'six rebels on the run' refers to the trailer, which talks about a 'passenger with a past' (River)and 'six rebels on the run' - it's assumed they're referring to Mal, Zoe, Wash, Kaylee, Jayne, and Simon, because Inara and Book aren't overtly against the Alliance, and therefore wouldn't really be considered rebels.
