I know the exact same (background) pic, but with River on the right. It's like a mirror effect. I like the artwork, but I'm telling you, the mirror effect... creepifying

I think the picture is flipped. That appears to be Serenity's kitchen behind River, which (as we all know) is on the right side, facing the door.
Also Jayne's gun appears to be strapped to his left leg. Isn't he right-handed?
