Alliance Food Stuffs
I created a 3d printable file of the Alliance food stuffs bar from the pilot episode. It can be downloaded from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:474372. There is also a two part mold.

Vera Made From MDF and PVC
Can't believe I didn't post this already. This is made from scratch out of MDF and PVC, using mostly a router and a scroll saw. I'll have the whole costume together for Salt Lake Comic Con.

Summer Glau as an Elf
By request - Summer Glau with pointy elf ears and all. The costume and background are from Shaiya (the MMORPG). I know it's not terribly original, but it was quick and easy, and most of all, it was fun.
