By request - Summer Glau with pointy elf ears and all. The costume and background are from Shaiya (the MMORPG). I know it's not terribly original, but it was quick and easy, and most of all, it was fun.
To get a higher resolution, just right click and select "View Image" or "Show Picture."

So you enhanced the image by having a couple of things pop outward….

I don't have a 3D monitor and yet two parts of Summer stick out of the screen and poke me right in the eye... those enormous ears. They are dangerously sharp. She should cover them with padding for safety.
