This is the Wilco Models Jayne Special (as well as the hat my wife made me - I love that woman!). I used a dry-brush technique to paint the pistol.

Very nice! Did you use two different colours for the main body and the 'attchments' - rail and under piece - or just different dry brushing on each?? It looks like two different kinds of metals, very cool. And the hat is awesome too :oD

I used the companion books for a reference. It looks like the gun is three types of metal. I did a coat of matte black as a base, then masked it off and spray painted the silver parts. I did a dusting of the silver spray paint over the rest of it, then dry brushed the darker parts. The third metal is actually in the trigger and the hammer - they have a bit of gold tint. It's hard to see in the picture, but it's there.
