PhyreLight would be right, when I saw this picture, my mind screamed Junior Nathan Fillion. His name is Pyotr Krasilov he's a Russian actor, he's 31 years old and I think he's super cute =) The capture is from "Bednaya Nastya" in English it means poor Anna- if I'm not mistaken - it's a Russian series ;)
