Awesome style. Looks kinda international comic-influenced (non-manga, but not American). You ever read W.I.T.C.H. (from France) or Cybersix (from Argentina?

Shiny. As in so shiny it rates a 10.
The style is sort of a Chris Bachalo (comic book artist) variation. Kind of quirky, a little blocky on the hands and stylized. I love it, especially Kaylee's giant grin and Simon giving the teapot a checkup (Wash too, it just looks like him). If they ever did a Firefly cartoon that should be the look, though the Hero of Canton needs some more muscles.

I've seen this flitting around the intarwebs. Love it whenever I see it! :D I, too, think this is exactly how a Firefly cartoon series coulda-shoulda-woulda looked.

Yeah, I think that's where I found it, at Deviantart. Been a while since I saved it but I'm pretty sure. Can't remember who the artist is and the name is hard to make out on the pic.

Love the diversity in the expressions and how you've placed them all relative to each other. It makes them each the center of their own portrait, so there's no true center. I think River could do with a t-shirt that says "I'm really excited to be here." That's just a funny look on her face.
