Typing typing typing. It's the ever expanding fanfic. Scripts kind of end themselves. Not this work. I've never done straight writing and decided to try spreading my artistic wings. So far it's more like an ostrich trying to get airborne I think. I'd settle for a chicken or domestic duck, they can come in at head level. Does that make any sense outside my head? Probably not. Oh well.

Hey everyone. I'm new to the Firefly community. I have just recently watched and bought both the BDM, and the series. I've never joined an online community before, either. I watched the BDM and series, and it just moved me...I can't really explain it, there is something about this art that is beyond description. Anyways, now that I have that out of the way, I have to say while I have never joined a commuinty before, I have read MANY MANY forums, and i have NEVER encountered a community that as a whole is so polite, and encouraging. I am reapeatedly shocked and surprised at the quality of your average browncoat as a...blogger? poster? What's the word I should be using. Anyways. I just had to say that. Thanks for having me.

Yeah, I know they say Mal's gun is based on a Taurs 86 or somesuch, but I like the look of the Uberti Millenium 1858 Remington Cap & Ball black powder civil-war era revolver. Plus unlike the prop model, this one is a functional working firearm. You can check it out at www.fcsutler.com to see what it looks like. Plus you can buy (from the same site) a conversion cylinder to make it fire Colt .45 long rounds. I'll post some pics when I get it -- due next week. Let Shinyness prevail!

Sorry everyone! I know you're all chomping at the bit waiting to find out what happens to Brian and the crew, especially given the events of the last chapter. Unfortunately, I haven't had much time to myself these past few weeks, and so I haven't been able to sit down and write like I want to. The next chapter is coming, and I hope to have it done within the next week. Only time will tell, though. But, thank you all for your patience and comments.

I honestly have no clue why I titled my blog this and neither will I really concern myself with trying to figure it out because, honestly, it would take to long and I'm lazy. *Back to the non-topic.* What of our common lives now would be exist in the 'verse? Considering that there are no "aliens" in the 'verse it easier to seem similarities but, think about your day and think would it be comparable or similar to your day if you were in the 'verse. Maybe, perhaps, it would be a bit more similar in the inner planets with Alliance considering the more structured lifestyle so, I guess you could think of it in two separate ways. :censored:

Hi there, I went to a lecture last night at Wheatley House given by my univesity lecturer with my mam and my friend, Andrew. It was very fun even though in absolutely peeing it down with rain. Andrew also accosted the lecturer because he was supposed to be at Sunderland Uni teaching a module Andrew was doing but instead came to Newcastle. Anyway on the way home, the path and the road was absolutely covered ion worms. Seriously it was like an invasion. Today I was at the Heritage Centre trying to get inspiration for my dissertation.
