I did not even know Firefly existed until a few years ago ago when my Mom got the movie. The movie made me fall in love with it without even really knowing what I was falling in love with. She got the complete series on DVD for Christmas that year but nobody wanted to watch it when I asked. Last year, I got the series for Christmas and spent a day and a half straight watching it. Then I watched it again. Finally I rewatched the movie and it was like watching something I'd never seen before. I understood everything. I am proud to be a browncoat and support Firefly, and I would do anything in my power to bring the show back.
And let me tell you, there's no place I can be, since I found Serenity. It is much more than a JUST a tv show. It's something deeper, it draws you in and keeps you there. Once you're in Serenity, you can never leave, you just learn to live there.
