I don't think he'll get banned. I think he's among the YouTuber's with "wrongthink" that have learned from other people's "mistakes" and have learned how to get around the AI algorithm while also self-moderating their content in a way that he doesn't get active legions of hatemongers from Twitter calling for his head.
You should watch ItsAGundam's channel. He's way more edgier than TheCriticalDrinker and it's pretty amazing that he's still on the Tube, especially given all of his digs at Mama Susan. If you really want to see edgy, check out SaltyCracker. I'm amazed they haven't come for him yet when my non-content channel got banned for making a MegaMan dick joke to a bunch of humorless Pronoun Nazis who co-opted a speedrunning organization that used to be pretty great.
I'm okay with it though. Daddy Elon just broke their favorite toy. 
ETA: BTW, that video link you posted just so happens to be one of my favorite videos by CriticalDrinker.
ETA2: SaltyCracker IS protecting himself by uploading all of his videos to multiple places, including BitChute... He's also actively trying to ween people off you YouTube by multi-casting his live streams and only offering the first half of them to people on YouTube while running the full live stream on other platforms.
I've actually had several discussions with Mrs. Salty and she seems to be a wonderful woman. I was quite surprised at how quickly she got back to me and it was clear that she put effort into her replies. While not a million-sub channel yet, I can't imagine that I was close to the only person attempting to communicate with her on the days that we talked, and although they do warn that there is no way that they can reply to every message since it's just the two of them now that they will do their best, I don't think so highly of my writing that I was some sort of special case and that she probably spends quite a bit of her day interacting with fans of the channel amongst other things she does behind the scenes to build the brand.

Batwoman and some other dumb woke DC dumpster fire of a show on the CW was announced as cancelled today.
Any Firefly fan should ask them how a show that only pulled in 300k viewers managed 3 seasons, hop in a time machine and go back and tell Cool Young Joss how it's done.
If everybody needs to be genderacesexswapped and retarded though, never mind.
Quite a few layoffs at Netflix were also announced. Mostly around some marketing blog feature they had that I wasn't aware even existed until the announcement.
Hope there's a lot of code that need be writing. It appears lots of folk are going to need to learn how to write it now that their meaningless jobs aren't even a thing that exists anymore.
Nobody cared when my job disappeared and my salary went to pay 6 Indians out of a call center in Chennai who could live like kings off of my middling salary here in the states. Even less people cared when 95% of the stuff I used to do 13 years ago can now all be done faster and without human error by computers, and most of those Indians probably moved to a different floor of the building and have since been running various IRS scams and stealing $22 Billion a year from your grandparents.
You've got nothing else now, but for the nothing that it's worth you do have my empathy guys and gals. It sucks being laid off. At least I know they still need computers to do the job that I used to do though. None of you can even say that.
Bummer.

Efforts to stop it were ineffective, and the law passed. It was rather about changing the incentive structure. Disney was willing to oppose the Florida law and Governor DeSantis because the company believed that if they did not, left-wing activists and the media would attack them, but if they did, they would get cheers from the left and media while DeSantis and Republicans would shrug and do nothing. The incentive was clear. Being “woke,” even ineffectively, was free. That, in a nutshell, explains corporate wokeness: it is a rational cost-benefit calculation, not a broad-based ideological commitment to some sort of post-modernist Marxist worldview.
By not “doing nothing,” but rather taking action, Governor DeSantis, the Florida legislature, and newly assertive conservatives have sent a very clear message not just to Disney but to every company: the incentives have changed. If you decide to attack conservatives on the assumption they will merely “take it,” then you will now face retaliation.
This will not, as the National Review worries, endanger corporate free speech. If Disney executives and shareholders feel that “wokeness” is worth a financial tradeoff, they are free to pursue it. There are undoubtedly many woke consumers in America. But Disney will now have to balance pandering to them with the newly clarified costs of alienating everyone else – which will not mean abandoning all political positions that aren’t conservative, but likely will involve avoiding issues where 70% of the public is opposed to the message the left wants them to push. Pandering to vocal minorities will no longer make business sense.
This is a “conservative” approach to the antitrust goal of thwarting the abuse of concentrated economic power, in methods as well as ends. It functions not through coercion, but through the same incentive structures as the free market. By changing the costs and benefits of options, it forces companies like Disney to think much harder about taking biased political stands. That, ultimately, is what conservatives should seek in any sort of marketplace. A balance, in which no one side becomes all powerful.

Disney shares currently sit at $112.88. Down another 20 bucks from when I first brought them up on April 20th and $70 from a year ago.

Netflix stock is now $180.97, less than half the price it was going for a month ago at $362.15. It's worth little more than 1/4 of the $688.29 it was worth on November 23, 2021.
Disney falls another couple bucks to $110.29.
No news on Discovery Plus at the moment. Somehow it seems that this new dumpster fire of a show they're putting out there hasn't garnered any attention yet. They seem to have done pretty well in 2021 and got more subscribers than they expected to, finishing off Q4 with 22 Million subs and then just putting out their numbers for March 2022 at 24 Million subs.
Netflix has 214 Million customers and Disney Plus has 130 Million, at least as far as a simple Google Search says they both reported for Q1 of this year. It would be pretty safe to say that all eyes aren't on Discovery Plus at the moment when Disney has more than 5 times as many subs and Netflix has nearly 9 times as many.
I wasn't even aware that Discovery Plus was a thing until I'd heard about this show, but 24 Million ain't nothing to sneeze at. It's most likely that their 24 Million customers aren't yet even aware that this is a show their family is going to be subjected to with their subscription yet. Their YouTube video is 11 days old now and only has 58,000 views (with comments turned off, obviously).
It will be interesting to see what noise is made about this when it premiers on June 1st, or if any real early advertising ends up getting the pushback it deserves and the project gets shelved before release.
