Today is supposed to be his 2nd Fiscal Budget, for FY2023.

This should be a laugh.

Rumor has it that, SURPRISE!!, he will be raising tax rates (meaning Tax Revenues will decrease). In completely unrelated news, Lord Darth Joe is reportedly sporting a "D" hyphenated after his name.
