The Ukrainians voluntarily gave up their nukes. Who does that? Answer: NO ONE. At least no one with a brain. If they still had nukes, Russia wouldn't dare to fuck with them like they have ever since.

If Ukraine had not disarmed their nukes, the plutonium would have been sold, probably ending up with terrorists, who would make dirty bombs for NY City. Wouldn't that be something to talk about! Russia would nuke Ukraine before the week ends.
