So, what kind of Government will this be called?

There's a very general name, called an oligarchy - government by and for the few, in this case the rich and powerful.

I thought that was normally by Oligarcs residing within the Nation.
This would be ruled by Soros, from UK.

I was thinking this could be called By Proxy.

Sounds like the continued efforts to Stop The Steal might just return America to The Rule Of Law, avoiding this Swamp Coup.

Electoral Vote can be challenged, just like Dems did in 2017. Over 120 Congressmen signed the Amicus Brief on the Texas suit at SCOTUS.

Up to 2 hours of debate may be incurred per each challenge. Each member may challenge each contested Electoral Vote, of which PA submitted 20. For MI, WI, GA, PA, AZ, NV, NM, VA there are over 90. That could be pover 10,800 Challenges. Times 2 hours per debate is over 21,600 hours. If only 8 hours per day, that gives 2,700 days before the Electoral Count would be done. Starting on 5 Jan, this would go past 20 Jan.

I have heard 18 January is some deadline specified somewhere, but I don't see where.

The overall reference is the Electoral Count Act of 1887.

If the Electoral Vote Count is not completed by a certain date, or neither candidate achieves more than 269 Electoral Votes in the process, the Election for President goes to the House, and the 28 GOP-majority State Delegations will outweigh the 20 Dem-majority State Delegations, and likely Trump would win.

What's cool about this JSF is because of Trumps actions, you like Trump, lose over and over and over again. So far you've lost the election, about 50 court cases and then the delegate count. I guess you'll continue losing until Jan 6th when the final nail seals Trumps coffin. What's that 14 days from now? Looking forward to it.

So... we'll just do this every election then and skip the voting hassle, right? From now on it'll just depend on which party has the right number of congress reps, right? F*ck citizens voting, right? Listen to yourself.
