kiki is totally dishonest and always has been. It's easy to knock an institution like the FBI when you compare it to the concept of a perfect entity. An entity which can exist in concept only.
A perfect entity, complete and without flaws, could be conceptualized. The problem is, it just cannot be carried out. So, trolls can twist and manipulate the entities purpose, in this case the FBI, and the way it functions by only pointing out and exaggerating it's flaws.
