I have wondered why ANYONE would deny that vote fraud exists. So did many other Democrats when GWB "won" (was selected by the Supreme Court) in the first election, and when he "won" the second. The first one, as you recall, was the "hanging chad" fiasco in FL. There was all kinds of hinky stuff going on in FL, with Katherine Harris (Scy State) manipulating the voter roles before the election in favor of GWB, mail-in ballots counted irregularly, and vote audit tapes being illegally disposed in addition to the "hanging chad" controversy.
So about a year after the election, a consortium of six newspapers paid to have the votes of the entire state of FL re-counted, and what they found was that it didn't matter whether they re-counted the punch cards with one, two, or three corners punched, or whether they counted dimples or not. The thing that swung the vote was a county that used touch screen voting.

a) in battleground states
b) that used electronic voting
c) and were all in favor of GWB
A statistician from UoP wrote a paper claiming that this discrepancy was so far out of bound, and only occurred under specific situation and always in one direction that the chances of it occurring by chance were so low that the most probably explanation was electronic vote fraud.

Altho the exit polling company, Mitofsky, defended its procedure and claimed that the discrepancy was due to GWB voters preferring not to participate in exit polls (altho why this should only happen in states with electronic voting they didn't explain) they refused to make their raw data available.
I'm not the only one who noticed these problems: BLACK BOX VOTING also did.

That's exactly Russia's propaganda position in order to spread confusion and anger with every election in every Democracy. The Russians want as many voters as possible saying "They cheated! The other side cheated! They aren't legitimate! It isn't fair!" Trump's position was a little more subtle. He was claiming that he won the popular vote in 2016, not just the electoral vote, because illegal aliens (whose votes should not have counted) voted for Hillary. But Trump's electoral fraud commission couldn't find the millions of fraudulent votes. What little they found is in the wiki, but it wasn't enough to give Trump a popular vote victory.
