Oh, the problem with Bolton is that he apparently monkey-wrenched (get it? "Monkey-wrenched"?) most of Trump's foreign policy. According to everyone who pays attention to such thnigs, he torpedoed the talk between Trump and Kim Jong-Un (N Korea) in Vietnam, between Trump and Zarif (Iran) at the UN, and between Tump and the Taliban (Afghanistan) at Camp David, and was the originator of the disasterous plan to back "Random Guy" Guaido to overthrow Madurao (Venezuela) when Random Guy had almost no support.
Has nothing to do with internal surveillance.
I can't tell if this is an exceptionally clever plan by Trump to trot out the neocons one by one and then watch while they blow themselves up on the world stage (because no military support) or Trump himself is just being a random guy, appointing people willy-nilly to foreign policy positions because he's not a "detail" guy.
In any case, at least he knows how to say YOU'RE FIRED!
