And, by the by, there shouldn't be a camera in every cell. Most of those people in prison are non-violent drug offenders that shouldn't be there in the first place and they're already treated like cattle enough.
But there's nuance in everything, and a high profile prisoner such as Epstein should obviously have been an exception to that rule. Especially when nobody expected him to live to testify and he was assaulted just a few weeks ago.
