As we have seen throughout Trump's presidency -- and as we see now in Robert Mueller's report, with its extensive litany of borderline corruption and its numerous instances of blatant obstruction of justice -- the president and his allies disregard the law whenever it is inconvenient, and enforce it with callous cruelty when it serves their goals.
This strategic arbitrariness weakens and delegitimizes the rule of law until, at some point, it can be totally rejected and dispensed with. The Trump administration's ultimate goal is a "permanent state of exception" in the service of racial authoritarianism.
This administration's collective assault on nonwhites -- in particular refugees, migrants and immigrants from Latin America -- as well as Muslims and other groups deemed to be "un-American" is one of the principal areas where its contempt for the law and democracy is most apparent.

Them saying everyone that's a Dem has a mental disorder when literally every Rethug I know has has one or more ACTUAL mental disorders is another thing they do.
My mother in law is either Bi-polar or severe ADD and is a huge Trump supporter. Has never allowed anyone to address her mental problems because she knows she isn't rational and doesn't want to deal with being called out for it. She's not a stupid person, but she manipulates the hell out of anyone she can for anything she can get. Thinks it's a "fun game". That's typical for their kind...

In a poll, 55% said they would not vote for Trump in 2020.
In a similar poll, 48% would not vote for Trump in 2016. And that turned out to be true.
In 2016, an additional 4 percent joined the crowd and 52 percent of the electorate didn’t vote for him. If the same dynamic holds next year, Trump will receive about 41 percent of the two-party vote and be turned out of office in one of the biggest landslides ever.

1) The 45 year old son #1 served 10 years in Texas prison for homicide. He moved back in after finishing his sentence. I don't know what happened to him other than he was suing his father after he was kicked out of the house for being a pain in the ass.
2) Son #2 was in Harris County jail in February 2019, last I checked, for stealing from his father's bank account. His father won't bail him out. Neither would his ex-wife.

3) The mother died by poisoning. Suicide or murder? Baytown police never decided, but I think murder by son #2. The father does, too.
4) The father was in a feud with a Republican neighbor (big Hillary hater) over something so trivial yet complicated that I have no patience to sort it out who is right/wrong. The father died from a stroke. See #1, #2, or #3 for which caused his blood pressure to spike.
They were all good Republicans. All big defenders of Trump. All gone and the house sold in April.
