What we're seeing here, SIX, is what I call The Great Goalpost Move.
After hyperventilating about RUSSIA!!!RUSSIA!!RUSSIA!! for the past ...oh, two-and-a-half years... the mouthbreathers here will NEVER admit that they were duped ... stampeded ... but are preparing to drop the topic like a hot potato should the Mueller investigation turn into a dry well, and go chasing after something else like it was the Second Coming of Christ.
This reminds me very much of the runup to the Iraq War, which was yet another demonstration of artificial narrative/ goalpost-moving. At first, it was Saddam and 9-11. When people started going HUH??? on that point, the narrative was switched to Saddam and al Qaeda. Then the narrative was switched to Saddam and aluminum tubes, Saddam and yellowcake, Saddam and biological weapons, Saddam and the mushroom cloud, Saddam and inspections, Saddam and PALACE inspections, and then Saddam and... oh what the hell, let's just bomb! ... east west, north, south somehwat of Baghdad!
And people willingly pivot from one red herring to another, forgetting today what they were panicked about yesterday, never noticing the ever-changing rationale and never admitting that they were wrong believing the first five narratives.
THAT'S how people are stampeded by the media!

It doesn't matter that you might need to run away fromone goalpost to reach another; the question for him isn't whether his goalposts made any sense or not, as long as he can exorcise his guilt by constantly virtue-signalling that he's not one of THEM, endlessly flogging his grotch on this board.
I posted a while back that this thread, in particular, was SECOND's streetcorner soapbox. He will never discuss ANYthing honestly with anybody, but will continue to shift his goalposts, deflect, insult, lie, strawman, and defame.
