The breadth and depth of reichwing propaganda is astonishing. Not that many people fall for it, but it's still pervasive as hell. The propagandists (the Kochs and their propaganda outlets, along with so many others on the reich,) keep cranking out the bullshit as if they were making money on it.
They're not, of course. But the few who are susceptible to it pollute reasonable forums with deep layers of pure nonsense.

Some reports indicate that Obama never submitted a Budget on time before FY 2016 in February 2015, but some say he did in 2009 for FY 2010. Both of those times he did not submit before, but may have submitted on the exact deadline date.
