Happy Saturday! Had some rain last night and we're into season five of Game of Thrones. Hoping everyone is staying safe!

Feeling like I won the lottery!! Found tomato and pepper plants at the Farmers' Market yesterday...and a friend found me rosemary and parsley plants later!! Now all I need is a couple of nice days to get my garden going!!

YAY...it stopped raining and it's a good day to get my planting boxes sorted and ready to plant!! My good friend found me some Anaheim Pepper seedlings, too!! We love to grill them.

Wow...I am impressed with myself today!! I got ALL my seedlings planted yesterday...after prepping the pots and planter boxes with fresh soil, compost and fertilizer. Six tomato plants...nine pepper plants, Rosemary and parsley...still need to get boxes ready for green beans, but one of them was full of ANTS!! I'll have to put cinnamon out to chase them away. But I'm glad I got so much done!!

Since I watered everything yesterday and we're expecting rain tonight, I think my plants will be fine.

WOO HOO!! I am once again the proud owner of CHICKENS!! My friend and I cleaned out the old coop yesterday and this morning, her son brought us six lovely young birds!! FRESH EGGS SOON!!

Okay, so we finished watching all seasons of Game of Thrones....we finished watching the new season of Bosch on Netflix...and I'm on the last novella in Stephen King's "It it Bleeds'...so I guess I need to find something new!!
