In unrelated news, has anybody mentioned the latest novel from Tom Clancy, Command Authority? Copyrighted in 2013, with Clancy passing in October 2013, it is about Russia invading and confiscating Ukraine and Crimea. But the book has a President in it, just just an Occupier of the White House.
