The point of any thread is to communicate. Jongsie has just communicated essential prejudice (pre= before the fact, judice= to judge; to judge before knowledge). The communication was found essentially flawed, as:

not only does the underlying logic fail, but

illegals who commit OTHER crimes (other than their illegal status) are judged on their other crimes, and deported.
