This one thinks actors who need a bit of background from anothers story should contact the orginal author and consult as to avoid story mishaps and edits. Unless the actors character is truly ignorant of the 'real' information.

Sorry, Geezer - This is about Dragonfly bits in your last post. The Chimera has only been flying for around 2 years (2515, the current RP date/timetick is Jan 2518). The Chimera crew has been isolated on Arcadia* since the Battle of Serenity Valley (2511) until they finished and flew the Dragonfly class Chimera on July 4th 2515.
And Hlastoni is not the organizer, he is the pilot and 'security'. Marovech Rahn is the captain and main force behind the 'defection' from the Alliance.
I had thought Thorne was Ex-Alliance and would have ran into the APEs prior to Serenity Valley. BTW - 9/10s of the combat engineers {APEs} were killed at BoSV. Figgered since Thorne was sorta non-Alliance now he would have looked for folks he knew that he could 'trust' to do the last leg of the gunrunning.
And the getting suppies from Thorne - not so much. If you remember the set of DF docs I sent ya, they have nearly unlimited materieals on Arcadia. The supply running and gunrunning is to make credits or platinum for dealing with the 'Verse outside Arcadia.
BTW - who are the guns being delivered to? The APEs aren't into guns, being engineers and usually figuring out solutions BEFORE resorting to weapons.
Howa-bout this - The guns are being ran to the Independant Rebels from Rowan's backstory, p'haps?

*Arcadia - Orginally a 'breadbasket' world of the Alliance in the outer core. Until a year or so before the start of the Allaince VS Indpendents war. Became a Junk Yard Dump planet after a pangeaic plague was loosed on it, supposedly by the Indpendents. The Alliance used the destruction of Arcadia as the wedge to start the war with the Indpendents. Problem was reality - the virus was Durran Haymer's concotion - making Arcadia an Alliance 'sacrifice' to justify the war.

I should have moved Thorne a tad closer to Mal's rear left, sorta between Mal and Book, but dropped back and closer to being behind Mal.

Not a problem. As St. Jayne noted some of it is just Thorne gassing, and some is that the DFers have provided misdirection as well. Thorne has never met Rahn, only Hlastoni, and assumes he's in charge.
I figured that the terraforming, housing, and weapons buys were for a secret colony, not necessarily for the DF crew, which could be the remaining rebels. Not really a plot point in the current story, unless someone wants to use it in their own arc.
Didn't the DF ship used to be the Justicar?
