It looks like movies such as Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Venom The Last Dance have a chance to push China out of the world wide top ten but profits struggle this year...maybe cheaper indie horror type small fantasy or thrillers or documentary or romcom is the way to make money....will there be many more cinema films doing box office above $500M ...maybe not

That's an 89% drop from opening weekend!!!! Yeah... that does include preview Thursday, so Joker 2 won't get -89% for the weekend, but I've never seen anything over -80% exactly before when previews were included. This is the worst drop I've seen for any movie since I started paying attention. (If memory serves, the previous -80% drop I saw was The Marvels late last year).
