Anybody interested in "Once More with Feeling" karaoke subs?

I sure would be interested in the karaoke versions. Are they available?
If so, how much would it cost me?
Do I need a credit card?
What format would the files be in?

The plan is to release them in Xvid format. Since I don't have that big an internet connection, I plan on releasing them via bittorrent. It will be free of charge. (The legal issue is already shaky, imagine what would happen if I sold them) :)
Passed my exams btw, so now I actually have time to do the subs.
