Thanks to all who kept Book in the conversation while I was not online. Just wanted to remind y'all that I am not on my computer at night. I work from 4 to 1 a.m. So, expect posts from me around 2 a.m. mtn time.

ZOE, I believe you are watching the scanners over Wash's shoulders. Perhaps you can catch a glimpse of our two lost sheep in the valley so there is no question that they are away and safe.
Obviously enough I was talking to CapnRahn last night and he had hoped to post yesterday. However he has moved his computer and when he turned it on, it did not turn on. So among other things he has to find out why. He is going to try to find somewhere to check in from (he said he would try today, but you know how RL can kick your pigu) so I had permission to go ahead and do a quick post.
No prob DAMON, no reason you should get yelled at for my oopsie.

*laughs* sorry about the drama last night, Squee--that's what I get for posting when I'm sleepy and have been reading angsty fan fic all day :) thanks for downplaying it and saving me ;)
I guess Inara might see things in a little different light--she's very wound up and excited....she just got carried away! :)
Merz--does Cap have and specific ideas about what's on that memory stick? If so, I'd love to hear 'em if he could whisper a few of them to you :)

You didn't wanna point fingers? G'head and point, girl! If I'm wrong, I'll happily say I'm wrong. There was an amazing amount of really good writing to get through, and trying to catch up between two posts was, well, tricky. I was pretty focused on getting Rowan out of the way before Merz sat on her at the console. That kind of action, such as it is, would distract the boys a little too much

Considering that we have so many folk writing so many parts at different times with minimal direction or collaboration, I think we're doing a bang-up job of maintaining continuity. Anyway, when they do the screen adaptation of Adventures in Gunrunning, the cleanup will give the screenwriter something to do.
And on the continuity front, you folks not on the bridge will feel the 'Crazy Ivan' too, as it overpowers the grav fields. Please throw yourselves from side to side and comment on the rough ride.

I've gotten confused quite a bit (will happen when you're out of the Rp for more than a day, let alone three)
Slight and the good doctor are off to this scientist. The rest are on board the ship and are leaving atmo. Will they be coming back in a couple hours, once Rahn and myself work this out? Assuming he gets the posts, either himself or Merz. I love the complexities of online roleplaying!
