It details Billy's origin and his first few brushes with Captain Hammer. It's as hilarious as you'd expect, though there is, obviously, no singing.

As I was buying this I was talking to the owner of the comic book store I was at about how sad it would be that there was no singing. Then we thought of something.
It needs one of the chips that they put in greeting cards that sing and talk. Awesome? I think so.
