The season finale was pretty good. I was right on a couple points and dead wrong on another.

Right in that I just KNEW McPhearson had helped Claudia break in to the Warehouse, but wrong in that it was Leena who was the undercover baddie that was helping out McPhearson all along. Didn't see that one coming. But here's my theory:
Artie is okay as are Myka and Pete. They all probably handled the Phoenix and Artie more than likely had it on him at the time of the explosion. They probably knew something was not quite kosher, so took precautions. But that means that the life to be taken instead of Artie's could possibly be Leena or McPhearson . . . or both.

I knew it had been ordered back for season 2. But like Burn Notice, we've got to wait 9 months for it to come back.

"It's okay! I'm a leaf on the wind!!!"
"What does that mean?!?!?!"

Maybe right, maybe not...

Remember, it wasn't actually Claudia who helped - it was Leena with the thimble, APPEARING as Claudia.

But yeah, Artie no doubt had the Phoenix on him, so he's good. The warehouse appears to be cut off from the world, though, so Pete and Myka are a little bit screwed, for now at least.

McPherson will be fine, I think, but I don't recall Leena EVER having touched the Phoenix. And I'm not sure how long it lasts if you do touch it. I mean, McPherson had possession of it for a while, but who knows how long he's safe from fire?

And what happened to his wife? I figured at least one of the Arties or Claudias was going to be his wife!

Anyhow, a show that I looked at as basically a throwaway is now much higher up on my list of must-see summer series.
