(but the Red Dwarves and Ewoks are making an awful mess)

The month of May saw some insane voting at TVTally.com. In that time, over 74,000 votes were cast just for us and Jericho (36668 for them, 37437 for us). We went from 1,520 votes behind, to 189 ahead. Currently, votes are being cast at more than thirty times the rate of four months ago. This month, more than half the votes ever cast for those two shows at TVTally, were cast. We are mighty because some of us are crazy enough to spend all that time voting.

We gained 493 votes on Jericho in the week ending May 25 (593 the previous week). Overall the total vote at the beginning of the week is Jericho 95,649 (78,369 last week), Firefly 95,215 (77,442 last week). In January, we were over 2,000 votes behind. But a year ago, we were ahead. Over the last few months, we have been closing the gap.
If you turn off cookies on your browser, when you go to TVTally, you can vote up to three (used to be six) times (and for more than one show, or all for one show). You can also vote more than once in six hours (unpredictable, tends to happen early in the day, and after 6 PM). Some consider this cheating, some don't. Either you're a cookie monster, or you ain't.

At Stargate ( http://stargate-news.com/sci-fi-poll-best-in-science-fiction.html) we are at 43.6 (43.6 yesterday) percent today, and 1404 votes, for the best SciFi movie. Vote for Firefly as well as Serenity (where we have 26 percent of the vote and Red Dwarf has 23.9, versus 26 and 23.8 yesterday). The Dwarves are on a big rampage (with us at 7889 and them at 7249).

At BBC ( http://newsvote.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/6517155.stm) today we are; Serenity 42.72% Star Wars 29.28% Blade Runner 16.87% Planet of the Apes 1.80% The Matrix 9.33% 43300 Votes Cast

In the last 24 hours there were 35 votes. Most of them still cast by Ewoks. This menace must be dealt with.

Back on September 5th it was Serenity 39.53% Star Wars 30.83% Blade Runner 17.87% Planet of the Apes 1.90% The Matrix 9.87% , with 40635 Votes Cast

I've just added the ability to rate/vote for favorite shows & etc. on the Classic Science Fiction Channel - www.rimworlds.com/theclassicsciencefictionchannel.

Right now, Jericho is beating the pants off of everyone, but the rating system just went live yesterday evening, so all is not lost.

CSFC is a link aggregator to classics of science fiction in just about every medium there is (tv, film, radio, text, etc) with hundreds of hours of SF/F/H content.

Sounds kind of like an ad, sorry, but really, if you are into SF (and I know you guys are, Firefly is such a great example of the genre!) I think you'll enjoy the site.
