I don't think "SKYNET" is in charge yet. The Coast Guard should get some of these things to look for drug runners. Let them shoot at an unmanned aircraft.

The Coast Guard is already exported to Iraq.

Boeing is already exported to Commie China.

We could buy a fleet of 100 Cessna 150s for patrolling the border for the price of one of these robot contracts. But there's no fence to keep out 50-million illegal aliens, and police refuse to deport them. No robot can change that fact.

What I find especially creepy is the Boeing robot cargo planes. That's the future for all commercial airliners, like those airport trains with robot brains... Half of all freight trains in USA are now robots, with no humans on board, that seem to crash a lot.

That reminds me just a tiny bit of a section of Gibsons "Mona Lisa Overdrive" where Count Zero aka Bobby Newmark reroutes a cargo drone destined for a department store and plays merry hell with a unit of mercs attacking the warehouse...

By dropping heavy appliances on them!

As I recall, he nailed their hovercraft with a freakin refrigerator from 2000+ feet, man that'll leave a mark!
