10 — The same problems Democrats have been promising to fix for 40 years are worse.
And of those 40 years - in how many years did the democrats have control over both the WH and Congress ?

6 years - 4 during the Carter administration and two during the first Clinton administration. The repubicans had an equal number of years controlling both the WH and congress during the Bush administration
9 — In 1950, 24% of black kids grew up without dads. In 2009, 63%. Seven out of 10 are born out of wedlock. A result of Democrat-encouraged generational government dependency.
Social Security included aid to dependent children in 1939. So - when did it all fall apart ? In 1976 when Ronal Reagan spread the rumor that there were welfare queens driving Cadillacs ? That was 40 years in the making. I'd say it would be hard to lay blame for a problem on a 40 year old policy - wouldn’t you ?
8 — The black male high school dropout rate is 40%. Of those, 72% are jobless and 60% will probably be incarcerated. Another consequence of government replacing fathers in the home.
The overall urban dropout rate is nearly 50%. I'd say those blacks must be doing something right, and maybe it is the absence of fathers.
7 — Amid the chaos after Hurricane Katrina, Democrat congressman William Jefferson used the National Guard to get home to retrieve $90,000 suspected bribe money from his freezer while New Orleans residents were trying to get rescued from rooftops.
And during and after Katrina - in fact, through the entire Bush administration - repubicans have withheld rescue, shelter and recovery money from blacks by the billions - a fact not lost on blacks, who are quite a bit smarter than the author gives them credit for.
6 — Despite documented proof to the contrary, Democrats tell blacks the shameful lie that America is racist and their only hope is to keep electing Democrats to level the playing field.
America IS racist - a black has to be better than a white to get the goodies.
5 — Despite high test scores by inner city black kids in the D.C. school voucher program, Democrats plan to shut it down to appease their voters in the teachers union.
And then, there are the FACTS:
Last year, a Congressionally mandated review of the program by Department of Education researchers concluded that there were no significant differences between the test scores of students who received a voucher and those who applied but, not receiving one, attended public schools instead.
Parents of students taking part said they believed that the private schools their children attended were safer than public schools, the study found. But the voucher students themselves rated their school experiences no more highly than did children attending neighborhood schools, the study found.
4 — Democrats continually seek to lower standards. Thus, proving their bigotry of low expectations from blacks.
Who, what, when, where, how and why ? By only addressing 2 of 6 vital questions, the author indeed shows his own version of low standards. For himself.
3 — Most blacks believe marriage should be between a man and a woman. The Democrat Party aggressively supports gay marriage and proposes stronger "hate crime" laws that include protection for pedophiles.
Apparently the only way the author can make a case is to lie - there is NO protection for pedophiles.
2 — The Democrat Party strongly supports abortion on demand, including the murderous partial birth. A disproportionate amount of aborted babies are black. 50% of black babies are aborted. Some call this Black Genocide.
I guess whitey is forcing all those women to have abortions, and even paying for them. What's that you say ? No ... and no ... ... ? NEVERmind.
And, the number one reason blacks should stop voting Democrat...INSANITY is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result!
And here we have the ultimate in facts and logic ! An opinion !

I agree Frem. No one is responsible for whatever shade their skin may be, be it pale, or dark. You can't judge people by skin color. Idiotic is putting it mildly.
I'm conservative to the core, but racism isn't my game. There are too many real problems in the world, and right here at home, to be worried about what color skin the man or woman next to me has.

I'm sorry, did I miss the part where the author of the original list cited polls or interviews to come up with his "facts"? And if it's all just his opinion, then shouldn't he state that in his list?

So, given the higher standards Blacks must meet, dropping out of High School, speaking Ebonics and having children out of wedlock probably aren't to best approach to overcome racism. So what is it, exactly, that you think Republicans have done for black people? Offer platitudes like "pull yourself up by your bootstraps!" - despite the people not having any boots OR bootstraps to pull themselves up by? What would conservatives do to reach out to black voters? Outlaw abortion for everyone, for every reason? Do away with any programs that even ATTEMPT to teach responsible sexual education, AND do away with anything like condoms-in-schools programs? Shut down all forms of welfare and medicaid, "for their own good", to make them stand on their own? Bust up the unions, which are the ONLY way many black people can get A job, ANY job, much less a decent-paying one? Kill off public education for good, since it's not doing a good enough job, and have education be solely the birthright of the rich?
What is it that you'd have the Republicans do in order to woo the black vote? How are you planning on turning the majority of black people from serfs to lords? I'm smellin' a lot of "they're taking advantage of you" comin' off all the right-wing arguments, but so far not one single iota of an idea on where anyone - you, us, them, me, we - can improve things for black people, or more accurately, help them to improve things for themselves.
