He died Dec 2001 of complications from existing health conditions and the buried his ass on the border, for fucks sake everywhere BUT the US and UK they ran the obituaries.
Not that I had a problem with cappin him sans trial, since the crap he did WHILE EMPLOYED, PAID BY, SUPPORTED BY, AND ENGAGED BY US as "Tim Osman" was plenty enough to hang a man in spite of the fact that we gave the orders, he still did it of his own free will, and that is guilt enough.
Anything after, same deal, but we had plenty enough criminal evidence cause we ordered him to do some of that shit before he got pissed at us leaving him to swing once the russians were gone and the rest of our promises about rebuilding his country turned to dust and ashes since it wasn't convenient for us...
He DID have, somewhat of a legit gripe, despite how he chose to carry it out.
So.. cappin him without trial ? kinda like shootin your own dog once it's gone rabid, nobody likes it, but ya kinda gotta do it.
But anyhow, he's dead, so what's with this bullshit about lookin for him now, you want him at this point - better hire the ghostbusters.
