I know this movie is considered a modern classic by some, but I couldn't stand "Scarface". I considered it a total waste of money and two hours I'll never get back.
For me, in any movie, there has to be at least one character I can identify with or sympathize with. Scarface didn't have a single character that I identified or sympathized with. They were all low lifes.
I'd given some thought to movin' off the edge -- not an ideal location -- thinkin' a place in the middle.

I swear I couldn't take it anymore. wtf did that have to do with anything? It hurt my brain so much. At least the girl I was with hated it too. The dialog was just so awful. I'm seriously in some pain right now just thinking about it. That's the only movie I've ever walked out on.

The Thin Red Line
I was really looking forward to this movie. Trailers made it look good. I don't mind films taking their time to get somewhere, even if they are not going anywhere....
....but this bored me to tears. Maybe I just wasn't in the mood on that particular day, but I kept falling asleep (unheard of for me when watching a cinema screening). I was so close to walking out.
Not really a film but the trailer for Die Hard 4 just made me go "No, no, NO".
I love the first three but that trailer was too far fetched, and I've been told that the actual film is the same. I now simply refuse to watch no.4, it does not exist, there is just a trilogy.
More recently the jazz club dance scene in Spidey 3. What were they thinking??? The walking down the street thinking he was cool was bad enough but the club bit was just way too much. At this point I'd lost interest and it didn't matter how good the rest of the film was that scene had ruined it. The rest of the film didn't make anything up either.
P.S. (read with heavy sarcasm)
Thanks Chrisisall. You've just ruined Steel Magnolias for me. I was SO going to watch that movie tonight. For my revenge, you should know that Beth dies in Little Women!!!

ah you really aint seen it - coz in the movie it DON'T SINK!!! there's like this misty golden glow some even worse fake irish dancing music and they go up into space till they come down again all, like, real OLD but kind and wise coz that freakin genius Cameron pulled a fast one and made Cocoon 3!!
it was a time HOLE. not an ice berg - we actually get a clever tip off when DeCaprio quotes Bob Dylan lyrics early in the film (and that's not a joke and was the point at which i threw up my hands and stormed out).

SOLARIS - The George Clooney/Steven Soderberg remake of it that came out in 02. Bored me to tears, didn't go anywhere and eventually I just got up and left. That's the only time I've ever walked out of a movie because of the quality of the flick. Other times, it was because maybe I was tired or just not in the mood.
And I completely agree with the sentiments about SPIDER-MAN 3.
