make some popcorn and a milkshake and watch the funniest movie in your collection. That's how I usually do it :P minus the milkshake though, we generally don't keep ice cream in the house that often.

Oooh, I would love to try that but I have been informed that first I must clean out a lizard and make 40 jars of plum jam. Yes, I thought it an odd to do list, too!

....*is dumbfounded* I would toss that to do list out of the window into a pit of angry paper-eating poodles and go with what I said.

Thanks, I plan to follow your advice to the letter (well, I don't have any popcorn but I'm sure I can find some adequate junkfood). Just as soon as I catch a load of chickens before the local fox eats them. Ah the joys of country life! Anyone want a drumstick?

Ah, it's been a good weekend.

1. Sold both my son's Thomas the Tank table and his My First LeapPad through Craigslist. Made almost $400 between selling both.

2. Went to the pool with my sister and my son and had a great time but somehow didn't get enough sunscreen on my shoulders. Slightly sunburned.

3. Chores have been accomplished, and son is ready to go back to school tomorrow. (He's starting 1st grade!)

Great to hear about the houses, MsG. Are you listing your house this week?

I hope you and Rose have a great time with Meredith and Jimi in Atlanta. I'm more than a bit jealous! HK will be there too, right?

*waves to Emma and Zero* Hi guys!

mornin' drinkers.

I do recall a time a few months ago when it was all I could do to keep up with the Imponderable and Bar threads as the day progressed. Seems like Real Life just loves to get in the way.

Oh yeah, Magda is here in Georgia with me. We had a wonderful weekend, mostly spent eating and watching the Serenity CE's new commentary and talking about all manner of things, especially Things You Can Find in a Wal-Mart but not in South Africa or Australia. The others took some pictures, I suppose I will get some posted over here soon (they are all on the 76th page at the moment).

I switched glasses when your back was turned! Ha ha! You fool! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! The most famous is never get involved in a land war in Asia, but only slightly less well-known is this: never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!

Hello good morning/afternoon/evening whatever time it is.

It's a bank holiday so i have nothing to do. Actually that makes no difference from the rest of my week.

uuuummmmmmmmmmmm gooooo....to the park! :D parks are always fun, so much people watching to do haha. Or reading, you could bring a book. OR go see a movie, like Bourne Ultimatum *drools* god thats a good film. I'll stop being random now.

*orders a cup of hot tea*

Me, I'm in school waiting for my next class to start, which may not be starting at all if the professor cancelled it, like the 8 am class I got up for. Come to find out it's a lab, and apparently at this school labs don't start until the second week of school. My boyfriend neglected to tell me that -_- so when I called he was like "oops, shoulda told u that." *sighs* good times, I'll stop rambling now, just wanted to check in and see how things were at the bar.
