I wish that I had a dog named Tony or something. NCIS is a cool show. I've watched it for a while now. I'm currently watching the middle of season 3. Abby, Gibbs, Ducky and Ziva are my favourite characters.
I see a lot of Firefly in NCIS. Jethro Leroy Gibbs is like Mal Reynolds. He's the grumpy leader that keeps himself to himself. He's protective of his crew, although they rarely know anything about his private life. He plays by his own rules too.
McGee is sorta like Simon. He's the well educated officer that's in love with Abby - the resident Kaylee character.
DiNozzo is like Jayne. He's obsessed with woman, guy stuff and always picks on McGee. The Dinozzo and Gibbs dynamic is similiar to the Mal and Jayne dynamic methinks.
Ducky reminds me a little of Book. He's the guy with the well of knowledge and stories. I love it when he goes off on a tangent, and recalls a story from his life. He's just a really funny old guy.
I love the 'rules according to Gibbs' and when he slaps the back of people's heads. It's really funny. Also, I'd love to work in that office!
My favourite episodes include 'SWAK' - where Tony and Kate were placed in quarantine, and my all time favourite 'Call of Silence' - with the marine that fought at the battle of Iwo Jima during WWII. There are tonnes of other great eps though. Those two stand out in my mind.

Yeah I love Abby. Did you know the actress ( Pauley Perette) actually has a degree in forensics...
I love the Gibbs dynamic ( and yes he reminds me of Mal) I liked Kate, but really like Ziva better ( 'cause Kate was kind of stuck up and grouchy)One of my favorite moments is the episode where Abby has a stalker and they go question the ex boyfriend and Tony asks why Abby didn't complain to Gibbs and she says it's because Gibbs would break his legs and Tony says he wouldn't. Then Gibbs walks in and totally seriously says yes I would...
Thanks my Annie is a cutie pie and the only baby I know who loves accessories. She had a little matching hat and purse on and the wind would blow and she'd immediately readjust her hat :)
